Pearl Hotel is situated on the sea coast at the boatshed village Utios between Alushta and Yalta on the Southern Coast of Crimea, distinguished by its climate as one of the best global resorts. The healing properties of its air were noticed and studied by doctors of the Tzar Court of the Russian Empire in the 18th century, and the resort became very popular among nobility back then. The hotel is situated just 10 meters from the sea. Public Transport

Pearl Hotel is at a walking distance from the bus station of the Utios resort, where buses from Yalta, Alushta and Simferopol stop (from the railway station and bus station). The way to the hotel by public transport is quick and convenient. 

Getting to the Hotel

By public transport from Simferopol: a bus to Utios (travel time – 1 hour). Descend to the embankment boatsheds, get to the sea frontline and follow along the embankment to building 161. This way you will get right to Pearl Hotel.

 

By car: Take the Simferopol-Yalta highway, after Alushta take to Kiparisnoye settlement, turn left at the guide-board “Santa Barbara”, follow down to the embankment along the front line to building 161, Pearl Hotel. Driving along the Simferopol highway you may enjoy the views of the most picturesque road of Crimea that runs through the Angar passage surrounded by coniferous and leafy woods and breathtaking panoramic views of the Black Sea.
